Still don't have Spotify menus in LMS but they appear in remote, now seem to have Mysqueezebox login problem.
Hmm... that log file doesn't look good. The login request seems to fail for some unknown reason. It doesn't even report why it is failing. Which very likely means it's not even reaching mysb.com.
Unfortunately the file is missing timestamps, too. Could you please shut down LMS, then remove the log.conf file from LMS' preference folder?
