I don't believe any messing around with the parameters will solve the problem - trying to get them as low as possible will lead to stuttering and rebuffering. The problem is that audio processing is taking a different path (and hence will always be delayed ) from video and will always be behind video. The only proper solution is to use a media player such as mplayer which can adjust the delay between video and audio. However this is often not a satisfcatory solution as the delay taken to process audio through LMS and player can vary while a stream is playing.
