I mean "reset".  For instance, on back of Touch above the power jack is
a small button which you would hold in for 10 sec.  This will start the
Touch through its "out-of-box" setup where you select network and
server.

This is the real problem, though.  You need to do as Mnyb recommends and
zip up your scanner log so someone here can take a look.  There appears
to be an issue with a large number of your files.

Just for kicks, you could try changing the name of your main music
folder to C:\MUSIC to avoid the whole 8.3 filename issue.  I'm fishing a
bit, but there's no reason these files should be problematic if they
were ok on your old PC.

Also, that red warning in your screen shot is bothersome.  You might try
reinstalling LMS as an Administrator; use the new 7.9 version:
