You set the drop down beside logging that currently says please select log sets it preselects a bunch of these other selections . Then press apply at the down rigth corner, you can also select if this should survive a restart of the server. Note that these log file links on the info page actually points directly to the log file location instead off open in a browser window . Download the complete log files both scanner and server and zip them and attach here . Snippets often misses the good parts.
