I login in through Facebook with a premium account. You have to know your special username and password. You have to go through Spotify's web pages to get the username and password, which you can then use in LMS in its Spotify settings.
On Spotify: 1. Log into your account (using Facebook) 2. Click on your name at the top for a drop-down and select "Account" 3. On the left side is a menu, choose "Set device password" 4. There you'll see your user name, and you'll need to click the button to send email for the password. in LMS: Input the user name and the password into the Spotify settings in LMS. Test everything out.
