Grumpy Bob, thanks for the reply. The path is entered by browsing to the media folder where the music is held on the QNAP. As mentioned, the scan reports back finding photos (the correct number is reported since I'm test scanning a small test folder), but it reports zero on all other file counts (videos, tracks, albums, artists, genres).
