Funny. As I was exploring some of the open LMS servers out there, a surprising number had that old web UI. Also surprising were the number that were stuck in the middle of a library scan, probably for years. And the number that were running 7.7. I think the vast majority who are exposing their server to the web have no idea that they are, and probably have no idea that a web UI even exists.
