You do want to use the 7.9.1 nightly. There's a issue with the Settings
UI in 7.9.0 that I think was introduced with the first major Win10
update. Other than that there's no reason that LMS won't run on Win10,
it's been working fine for me since Win10 was released. I run Avast AV
and the Windows firewall on my LMS machine. Do you have something else
that's using the LMS ports 9000, 9090 or 3483. From the LMS UI in your
Win10 browser can you see any of your players? With LMS up have you set
up any players on your network? Softsqueeze is a player so I can't
imagine why it would look for a player. Have you tried the Squeezeslave
software player? LMS must be active when you start it.
