On launching the ReadyNAS dashboard in Safari, I opened the 'Add On' tab - and then selected 'Add add on'.
I vaguely remember having had issues with some browsers and the ReadyNAS' web interface. Can you try a different brower? Or make sure you don't have any add-ons which might play games with you?
