Start with the basics. Are you sure the Pi network interface is working ?
I once had a power surge which killed the network interface oin the PC but the rest of PC worked OK. Could the SBTs be playing Pandora etc via mysqueezebox.com - check the SBT Settings/Advanced/Diagnostic/Server Info - this will also test mysqueezebox.com accessibilty.
