. . Have you contacted Tidal about this? What APP are you using, you never mention it (could it be the APP)? Have you searched the Tidal Community Forum? Lastly, there is a huge difference in Audio Quality between Tidal HiFi and Spotify Premium. Also Spotify only has 30 Million songs of which 4.1 Million have never been selected or even played once! Both Services have pluses and minuses, but for me if a Service doesn't have FLAC Quality playback at home, it is a fail out of the gate. My neighbor was paying for Spotify Premium and didn't even go into Settings to turn on Extreme Audio to get the 320Kbps stream. He was at Normal setting at 96Kbps (even though paying for Premium) and thought the Internet connection was why it didn't sound as good as his FLAC Files.
