If timestamp are not re-appearing after log.conf file deleted - then the
steps have not been done properly - sorry.

1. LMS was not stopped/restarted - some users think stopping control
panel stops LMS - it doesn't
2. The log.conf file deleted was not the one is use by the LMS running -
check the location of prefs directory thro' WebUI Setting/Information

I suggest
1. stop LMS. Make sure it is stopped by checking Web GUI is not
working.
2. Delete the logs.conf file. Check the directory the file has been
deleted in case of permissions etc.
3. Delete the server.log file
4. Empty Windows rubbish bin
5. start LMS.

>From WebGUI Setting/Information - check log to see iof timestamp ios
back. If no time stamp please copy log.conf to a post.

I checked the uPNP code - if DEBUG was enabled there would be a record
of a "SUBSCRIBE" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" request with the origin URL before
each of the "412" errors.
