Depends on the player.

The Booms and Classic, press and hold the left rocker button till it
bumps, then scroll to the server you wish to connect to.

The PC Squeezeplay player, Select My Music > Switch Library >

Not sure about you Android players, depends on the app.

In all cases *if both servers are running* you can pull a player from
one LMS instance to another using the web UI.
