What are your Filetypes settings for FLac and WAV in WebUI Settings/Advanced/Filetypes The above are not LMS error message ? where does this error message come from ? If you have typed it in a command a shell prompt - then you need to confirm the directory first before trying it out (it clearly is not right). If you have the same problems as OP - then enable player.source to DEBUG and find the "Slim::Player::TranscodingHelper::tokenizeConvertCommand2" message in the log file when trying to play a HD flac file.
