Breakthrough....after hitting Retry a few times I finally got to a Settings menu, as was able to add my new LMS server as a remote library (from the Advanced...Networking menu). It seems to be working OK now with the new LMS server, and has survived a couple of restarts of the Squeezeplay client. Many thanks for all your help - it looks like that final change must've fixed it!
