Yes should work, i've you're Qnap is x86_64 ( uname -m x86_64). And runs on minimal QTS4.2. I would suggest to upgrade to 1.02, and also upgrade LMS to latest Nightly build. Because spotty is still in development, so you should always work with the latest LMS nightly version.
If i read correctly in the tread from spotty, you could otherwise fill the username/password on the spotty plugin pages.
