Yeah, that'd probably be a good idea in general :)

I can understand the frustration/anxiety of a music platform being
threatened, but people're so quick these days to jump to conclusions and
unload, which is unfortunate.

You ever had a look at feedback for apps in the appstores?  Absolutely
abhorrent behavior, much of it seemingly from entitled jerks with no
manners making aggressive demands on developers of -free- apps.
