I would not recommend this setup. This means that your LMS likely is open to the public on the internet. The issue you're seeing is actually a new security feature: it doesn't allow access to LMS from a different network. If you face this issue then likely your configuration is dangerous. I'd strongly suggest you move LMS off the router to something else. I've removed your IP address from your posting for obvious reasons...
