As a suggestion to sort your problem and move to a more stable way to run LMS on QNAP, I would suggest you remove the SSOTS based install completely and instead use the recently produced excellent LMS native install produced by Digimaster. It will take you perhaps 20 minutes to do it, and be far more stable then SSOTS which has become problematic and unsupported. Search this forum for QNAP install package details.
