Perhaps your NAS is configured to use the DNS resolver of your old ISP and they only allow it to work from directly connected customers. So - you need to check the networking and in particular the DNS settings of your NAS.
Local music works fine because DNS not needed for that. The "radiotime" one is what is used when you ask LMS to play internet radio (not 100% correct but near enough).
