Perhaps LMS started before the network was up.

If you stop LMS and then bring it up again by hand does it work
systemctl stop logitechmediaserver-git
#wait a bit
systemctl start logitechmediaserver-git
If it then works then you could try to make that module dependent on the
network being up.
