Hi Michael, thank you for coming back to me. I already tried to set the memory usage to maximum, unfortunately it made 0 difference.
I have about 250.000 tracks in the library. (Like I said the library is a total mess) The strange thing is that the server handles it perfectely when listing artists, looking for random albums and searching for tracks. Only the random mix crashes. Also it crashes the server pretty much immediately not after loading for a minute or two. There is 0 output in the logfile. After a while it just shows that the server has been started again) About 8 years ago when I still had the original squeezebox duet hardware my library was nearly as huge too but the random mix used to work flawlessly. Maybe something got changed in the server software how it generates the random mix / handles the database? Maybe it would make sense to revert to an older version of LMS server?
