As you're new - a bit of advice. You've made two post on the same topic but to threads which are old and not related to your problem (e.g. this thread is for a QNAP system). To get the "right" people to see your problem - it might have been better to post on a new thread with some system details would probably be read by more users. The error is usually associated with a problem in transcoding either a setting has changed or a transcoding support application is blocked by Windows security.
