My Macbook carrying LMS 7.9.0 failed. I replaced the broken HDD with an
SSD and loaded OS X 10.13.4.

LMS is now there, gone, there and gone.

I have read the threads and it seems like I need to do the following per
M Herger the Oracle, but my ignorance prevents me from being able to
"try the following two commands from the terminal".

Could someone enlighten me, please?

Many thanks,

NK.

Sometimes there are issues with LMS on recent OSX versions and
permissions on the logs folder. Please *--*
sudo mkdir -p ~/Library/Logs/Squeezebox
sudo chown $USER ~/Library/Logs/Squeezebox

You need to run these as the user who installed LMS.
