I am having exactly the same problem but with a Denon HEOS 1... The
upnpbridge detects my heos, but won't play to it. Of course, the server
successfully plays to my existing squeezebox devices. I turned on some
logging (mainly the player.* settings in the advanced section).
I am running logitechmediaserver-7.9.1-1.noarch on a CentOS 7 machine; I
have made sure I got the MP3 transcoders : lame-libs-3.100-1.el7.x86_64,
lame-3.100-1.el7.x86_64, lame-devel-3.100-1.el7.x86_64 .

So, it's somewhat semi-obvious to me that the problem in that
getConvertCommand2 isn't being "called properly" so that it knows how to
handle the mp3 properly. I think it's the interaction between upnpbridge
and squeezebox; but I'm not sure where else to start looking. The
upnpbridge.xml doesn't have anything that relates to a convert.conf (or
anything like that).
