Yes, but I already had QLMS 1.09e installed beside whatever you called
the version before that (was it QLogitechMediaServer?) :) And this QLMS
(the one you withdrew) used not its own cache directory but the one of
the other's installation. Not sure if this was supposed to happen or
what I did there to mix these two installations.

As for your suggestion: I kind of tried that, but it didn't work. I
removed the cache and changed the wrong settings in /prefs (I replaced
references to the old installation via search and replace.) Maybe that
wasn't enough. That's why I wiped any traces off (Q)LMS and reinstalled
it. It now works perfectly again, but it's not the latest version. 

For now, I'm back at QLMS 1.09e which works great. If there's a way to
install you're newest QLMS besides this one, I'll give it another go,
but I need one instance running. :)
