I see a lot of noise in there, but nothing serious. Some plugins fail or are mis-configured (TitleSwitcher fails, complaining about the lack of MusicInfoSCR plugin, some RSS feed is no longer available).
These shouldn't be breaking overall functionality. But still try to get rid of them. Then update and try latest again. Check task monitor when it's not available, to see whether squeezesvr.exe is active.
