Installation of the BBCiPlayer will not replace or delete the BBC App under the my Apps menu. The BBCiPlayer plugin appears under the Radio menu - there is an option to make it appear under My Apps. The location is the same for all players. Where does the BBCiPlayer menu appear on your Web site UI ?
