Look in 3rd Party software for Phillipes AirPlay plug-in - Post 1 will tell you how to install etc Airplay is limited to 16/44 but LMS will transcode your 24 bit stuff to it. If you have Andy Grundmans plug-in enabled have you restarted LMS? Also check firewall settings on your Mac. I dont use a Mac on a regular basis so cant be more specific than that.
