No, that's not possible at this point. But the RandomPlay plugin would give you this level of control - but not the choice of the randomly picked album...
If it's always the same criteria you'd choose anyway, you could create a library view with your criteria, and use that with the Random Albums. I'm doing so to be sure not to get my kids' music.
