I looked at this again briefly this morning because it's been bugging me a little. There's a recent similar report here:

I updated Opera also but it looks like it's still broken. I cleared the browser image cache and also tried holding down control while doing a page refresh but I still get the correct cover art whether I use upper of lower case characters in the player mac.
