At the right bottom, the downloads are found.
There you can find it 
As you're QNap has a Marvell 1.6GHz Processor cpu, you should uses
either arm-x09/19 or the arm-x41 packets.
That depends a bit, on the output of uname -m
arm5te* arm-x09/19
armv7/armhf arm-x41
