To help you, i realy need to logs when you have installed version 02.03.05. Sure i chanced something between those version, but thats regarding getting to correct path for QLogitechMediaServer. In you're case the strange thing is, it runs proper but is missing LMS in the chroot root. But as the layout is the same, as outside the chroot, if it was realy missing there would be another error. Also please send the output of ./QLogitechMediaServer.sh config
