when installing, lms is stopped by the installer but the last few is hasn't. so i stop it in services reboot. install.. then it wont start. gets stuck on starting. i have to then disable it in services. install an earlier one put back to auto in services and hey presto it works. as you know i am a bit crap at attaching the logs so i will have another go.
That's really odd. I have no problems running the latest on my Windows 7 test system. Also your log file doesn't show a single error for those recent build.
Could you check your antivirus scanner whether it's blocking access to some of LMS' files?
