That screengrab is too blurred for me to read it. However, can you confirm that your disk is plugged into a Windows machine? If yes, which version of Windows? If recent then probably might need a 3.0 - and maybe you could create an additional user on your Windows machine for pCP to use the credentials of to login to it.
