when I try to search something simple like "Michael" in the searchbox
the log-file doesn't show anything for this time-stamp. But I founded
out, that the seach works when I use the "advanced search". Then result
are shown.

Sounds as if the fulltext search index wasn't working correctly. Could you please provide your scanner.log.zip file? Did the latest scan end prematurely?

You'll also want to update your LMS. The build provided by Synology is rather old. Please see the 3rd party software forum for instructions how to update to the latest builds.
