When I first installed a AMP2+ (I thnk) - I had this issue. It was only on one speaker - and I could see the driver jump as it clicked. I measured with a voltmeter and got had a slowly building up DC voltage - until the driver jumped and clicked, and repeated. I reported it to HifiBery -I got a replacement for free.
