OK, almost there :-) After the cache clear: Crossfading works with the "crossfade across different sample rates" setting both enabled and disabled but: it doesn't actually crossfade between different sample rates. So if I select a few tracks with same source/sample rate (e.g. some spotify tracks) they will all crossfade. This works with both Spotify and Qobuz. If I select a few tracks with different sample rates they won't crossfade. I've selected some random tracks from both Qobuz (hi-res) and Spotify and that doesn't crossfade. I'm testing with local squeezelite btw to rule out any other issues.
