I rerun the Clear library and rescan, and it doesn't get stuck anymore.
Now the other issue is after scan, in the Album folder, it will show multiple same albums under the same names. Previously this doesn't happened before. If go to Album Artists folder, for same artist, it will show same album multiple times under the same name.
