Hi Michael,
The fact that you were confused let me to think that maybe the
deb-package was corrupted in a subtle way so I removed it with
Code:
--------------------
dpkg -r logitechmediaserver
--------------------
downloaded the latest package and installed it with
Code:
--------------------
dpkg -i logitechmediaserver_7.9.2~1559745322_amd64.deb
--------------------
and now it works!
So, I guess it must have been corruption from one of the rare unclean
shutdowns.
