Only deal with one plugin at a time. Some are simple but plugins such as uPNP and Waveinput - they are complex and on some systems they'll work immediately - on other system they will need a lot of handholding. Some plugins have interactions so getting one plugin to work at a time will ulitmately be the least With a specific plugin - if you have a problem seek advice from the relevant thread - a topic like this with its generic title will not be noticed by many of the plugin maintainers. If you want to solve a problem best have a succinct but specific problem summary that will attract relevant users/developers (e.g. Win10 problem with uPNP, or Win10 waveinput doesn't work with VLC) and in the first post summarise your system (e.g. OS version, player details, LMS version, plugin version, network topology, problem stream URLs) Waveinput plugin is a "last resort" plugin, doesn't always work on all windows system as it is dependent on the audio drivers and can be a pain to get working.
