Just carried out a complete uninstall of LogitechMediaServer-7.9.2-1561089896.exe then reinstalled and still exactly the same issue. Installed an April nightly over the top and that works fine. There were no changes made to my setup between the previous nightly and LogitechMediaServer-7.9.2-1561089896.exe so there's definitely something wrong or at least something significantly different with the latest build! Even carried out a system restore before uninstall/reinstall to ensure there were no system changes over the last few days.
Have been using Windows 10 Home 1903 since early June with no issues.
