AFAICT There is no ID3 tag TLEN in use. It looks like the duration has
been calculated by the length of the file (minus ID3 header & art work
bytes) divided by bitrate (96000kbps = 12000 bytes/sec)

ID3 size is 45,156 (of which art is 43,782)
so audio size is 32,611,627 - 45,156 = 32,566,471
duration = 32,566,471/12,000 = 2,713.87 = 0:45:13.87
