Played same podcast on Squeezeplay running on an Ubuntu system.

Interesting - I played the podcast using Squeezeplay but also kept open
Web GUI.
Squeezeplay starts at 0:20 (perhaps this is est. time relating to data
in output buffer) but WebGUI seems to indicate that elapsed time was
about 20 secs ahead right up to close to the end - then "adjustments"
took place - webGUI went behind and Squeezeplay finished - webGUI then
recorrected.

However - Squeezeplay played to the end - no audio was missed. At
completion timebar went back to 0:00 and -45:17

So except for the peculiar behaviour of the timebar - the podcast played
OK.
Keeping two timebars synced with audio output and also with two UIs is
hard as player has to estimate how much audio has actually been played
(i.e. heard) even though amount of data in Ubuntu audio subsystem is not
well known and then also notify LMS how much data has been "played" -
which LMS then uses to notify the WebUI.
