Yes, that's enabled. I also tried disabling it and then re-enabling. I suspect the situation may fix itself after another server restart. (Yes, I did stop LMS before installing the new version, and rebooted the computer afterward.) I'll try that later and report results here.
Might be a template caching issue. Delete the template folder inside your LMS' cache folders.
