I would say that anything since the rPI v2 is more than adequate for an
infinite sized lms library. The only thing you gain from upgrading
beyond there is the ability to support more resampled/transcoded streams
(if that's your thing) or working with *huge* playlists. And when
working with huge playlists you need available ram more than CPU MHz.

Tbh I think the rPI 4 is a step beyond the original purpose of the
device. It's a different product, fast, capable, but runs hot and needs
active cooling, has a performance oriented chipset, lots of I/o
capacity.. it's no longer a hobbyist product. (Apart from the grrr
sdcard dependency.) I'm not sure I want one. I don't need 4k output and
I've not hit a limit that matters on the pi3+...
