I get your point and I guess you are right!!
When I get back home I must search on the SSL libraries (I do not know
what ssl libraries are or do) and see what I can do. Any links are very
much appreciated! 
What problems might that create on my setup?
I didn’t use it a lot because I had to leave for sometime but as far as
I used it I didn’t notice something.


The other option I am considering is another sbc, probably rpi4, for
LMS.
The cost is about the same for me because I was considering to buy
another ssd to install in my mini in order to  make the Linux os
experiment. I hope I will manage to solve the heating up issue with a
passive cooling case or any other passive cooling solution. 


So the question is LMS in old macOS/old Mac or in new sbc?
