How many times do you need to be told? They are not folders, they are Menu items. You can remove/hide some of these Menu Items by going to LMS > Settings > Player Tab > Additional Browse Modes, and unchecking those you do not wish to see, click "Apply" bottom right. This will also remove these items from your PCP screen. However, you cannot change the way LMS functions. If you don't like how LMS functions, you can always seek out a different music server.
