In one of those good/bad things...
I installed the 8/16 Nightly and the LMS is now working with no other changes. Thats good. The bad is I have no idea why... Any suggestions on what I can do next time to debug, gratefully accepted... My guess is Windows update broke something, or a service got unregistered or something. Since the box runs headless, I don't get to see when Windows update runs.
