We need more information about the network set up.
How are all the devices connected - wired / wireless. At present all we know is that the LMS server is W7 and has (had) an IP of 192.168.1.130 - is this DHCP, Reserved or Static? Is DHCP on the router or some other machine? As bpa suggested - post the results of "ipconfig /all" from when connected and when not connected to internet.
